Dog Pack Selfie Compared to Ellen’s Oscars Shot

Selfie of a pack of dogs is compared to Ellen DeGeneres famous Oscars selfie

Earlier this week, a pack of dogs in Cleveland Ohio accidentally took an amazing groufie, or a group selfie. The picture has been compared to another famous group selfie; the one Ellen DeGeneres took at the Academy Awards four years ago. And while the dog version is not as star-studded as the one that Ellen took, it was still an amazing shot taken at just the right time.

The photo was captioned as “a bunch of goofballs” and shows the moment when a pack of dogs at the Go Fetch Dog Daycare and Boarding Service looked like they had gathered together to pose for a selfie. The star of the photo is definitely a black Labrador in the middle. The canine appears to be looking directly at the camera with his tongue out. In the background, you can see at least 30 more dogs in the background captured in the picture.

The photo has since gone viral, with many people comparing the picture to Ellen’s famous selfie. Her selfie included herself, Jennifer Lawrence, Brad Pitt, Meryl Streep, Bradley Cooper, Julia Roberts, and many other actors and actresses in the background. The photo has since become the most retweeted photo of all time. The dog version is less famous, but it has also gone viral, being shared more than 7,000 times on Facebook.

“FIRST ELLEN, NOW DOGS: A pack of very good boys and girls at Go Fetch Dog Daycare and Boarding in Loveland, Ohio, are redefining the latest epic “selfie” to hit the Internet.” said one comment
